I have over 25 years professional experience and was a massage therapist at Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe for 17 years.

Releasing neck and shoulder tension are a speciality. I am also skilled at soothing headaches, releasing back pain and unwinding stress and emotional holding from the body and nervous system.

Whether your tension is from sitting at a computer/work related, an accident or injury, stress, transition or grief, we can address it! We’ll check-in at the beginning of your session but know that my hands-on work will be experiential/non-verbal.

I incorporate a seamless blend of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, Lomi Lomi, stretching, reflexology and balancing energy-work.

It is my intention to support you to feel wonderful in your body and connected to your heart and inner wisdom so you can live your deeper purpose in life.
