It’s those ah-ha moments that mark traction in the coaching process and enable you to get insight about your past, present and future. Naraya begins by creating a safe container and uses a variety of techniques, including dialogue, and experiential processes to tease out your ah-ha’s so you can discover what’s true for you.

Naraya has over 30 years experience as a Holistic Life Coach and Group Facilitator. In addition she has worked as an Organizational Consultant, Strategic Planner, Massage Therapist, Hakomi Therapist, and Kripalu Yoga teacher. Naraya is gifted with a sharp intellect, strong intuition, and a caring nature.

From ages 20-30, Naraya was a founding member of the Kripalu Center, the nations largest holistic retreat, where she served as a Manager, Life Coach and Yoga Teacher. Yoga practice and holistic lifestyle have been a cornerstone of her life ever since.

Important chapters of her life have included step-parenting three incredible kids, intensive personal healing, spiritual practice through yogic, shamanic and Buddhist traditions and waking-up to the realities of injustice such as systemic racism and issues of inequity. Naraya is also an avid hiker and adventurer.

Naraya’s training includes: Organizational Learning, Otto Sharmer’s Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, Coaches Training Institute, Mindful Facilitation and Diversity training with Lee Mun Wah, Nonviolent Communication, extensive Massage Therapy Training, Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurvedic Training as well as training in Shamanic Facilitation and Ketamine Integration. She has a BA in pre-medical studies.
